Totay，i want to talk with you about the common faults for ride on floor scrubber doesn't walk.

1. Emergency stop switch fault.   checkpoint: Multimeter on and off,to measure whether the emergency stop switch contact is on.

2. Forward and backward switch fault. checkpoint: Multimeter on and off,measure whether the middle contact is on with the front and back contacts.

3. Electromagnetic brake fault.  checkpoint: Use a multimeter to measure the electromagnetic brake resistance (generally about 10-15 ohm) to check whether the electromagnetic brake plug is tightly inserted or not.

4. Foot acceleration pedal fault.  checkpoint: check whether the accelerator pedal guide rail is deformed, whether there is a stuck phenomenon when the pedal is pressed down, multimeter to measure whether there is 24V voltage in the red and black lines of the pedal, whether there is 0-5V voltage between the green output line and the negative pole.

5. Main control board fault.   check point: Check whether the signal bar plug is tightly inserted and whether the needle is shrinking. The multimeter measures whether the input red and black lines have 24V voltage, and the multimeter measures whether the output red and black lines have 24V voltage. (Gear is in directional gear, speed is in the middle, and the pressure state of the accelerator pedal is measured)

6. Hibernation and self-check fault. checkpoint: check key switch open, electromagnetic brake in closed state, forward and backward switch in neutral, pedal accelerator in the original state, power on for 5 seconds, let it skip the normal process after self-test operation.

7. Drive motor fault.   checkpoint: manually release the electromagnetic brake, external 24V direct power supply, observe whether the motor runs normally.
